Gita offers workshops and classes in Laughter Yoga from one to two hours duration. These offerings are appropriate for people from all walks of life who simply want to experience more joy.
Classes and workshops include laughter exercises with deep breathing, simple stretching, and cultivation of childlike playfulness, laughter meditation and deep relaxation. Workshops can be tailored to incorporate offerings from a menu that includes: laughing alone practices, teaching about the medical research on laughter, laughter journaling and gibberish parties.

Classes and workshops are appropriate for people of all ages, but some contraindications do apply. Generally, anyone in reasonably good health can participate, including seniors and those in wheelchairs. If in doubt, please see the contraindication section.
